  • If qualifying for Senior Discount (if aged over 65 years)
  • Boiler Details
  • Historical records of work carried out

    • This information will be used only for the following ‘legitimate interest’ purposes, no information will be shared with third parties.

  • To issue an estimate
  • To issue an invoice
  • To contact our customer by phone, electronically or in writing in reference to a job or appointment
  • To issue an annual boiler service reminder

    • The information is held in a database securely and keep up to date, every invoice we issue has a form allowing customers to update their information and return it to us.

    Upon request we can provide customers written confirmation of what details we hold about them and historical records of work carried out.

    We do not retain any bank or credit/debit card details.

    If you wish for us to remove your personal details from our database please let us know. We are legally obliged to hold sales invoices for 6 years by HMRC.
